One of the key advantages of the WESTEND Business Center is your direct contact with us as owner and project developer. We support you personally with all questions regarding usage concepts and space planning.
WESTEND not only offers the possibility of traditional office use, but is also ideally suited for research and development as well as production.
We have high standards when it comes to modern architecture and are guided by the principles of NEW WORK. We are happy to support you in planning a modern workspace concept and implementing it from A to Z — ensuring that your team feels comfortable from day one and that your business can grow efficiently and successfully within our spaces.
At present, we primarily focus on tenants with a space requirement of 1,200 m² or more. In upcoming leasing phases, however, we will also offer smaller units as well as co-working spaces.

Derzeit bevorzugen wir Mieter mit einem Flächenbedarf ab 1.200 m². In der kommenden Vermietungsphase werden wir aber auch kleinere Einheiten sowie Co-Working Spaces anbieten.
