The business center at Siemensstraße 2–4 in Fürth was originally developed in the late 1980s by the family-owned WEISERT Group specifically for SIEMENS AG. Between 1,800 and 2,000 employees worked here for decades before SIEMENS AG relocated to the SIEMENS CAMPUS in Erlangen.
In recent years, the property has been completely reimagined and comprehensively refurbished from the ground up: the windows were replaced, the façade entirely redesigned, and a modern energy concept implemented. The property also received a new parking and mobility concept, including 60 EV charging stations.
At full occupancy, WESTEND is designed to accommodate up to 1,800 workplaces. The in-house restaurant provides employees with high-quality lunch options, while the extensively landscaped inner courtyard offers generous space for relaxation and business interaction.

UNDERGROUND PARKING & PARKING SPACES
WESTEND features an underground parking garage with 260 individual parking spaces. In addition, approximately 100 outdoor parking spaces are available for lease.
EV CHARGING STATIONS
Our parking spaces can be flexibly upgraded with EV charging stations upon tenant request. In the outdoor area, 60 EV charging stations are already available.
BICYCLE PARKING
Approximately 250 covered bicycle parking spaces are available for our tenants. Charging stations can also be installed optionally upon request if desired for your employees.
THE INNER COURTYARD
The inner courtyard at WESTEND is a green oasis for relaxation featuring an extensively landscaped design concept. Generous seating areas invite tenants and visitors to relax, work outdoors, or network.
CASINO – RESTAURANT
Our casino restaurant is operated by CHEFSMEAL and offers freshly rolled sushi every weekday, a pasta station featuring homemade pasta, and a salad bar. In addition, a variety of changing classic dishes is served daily.
CONFERENCE SPACE
Our casino restaurant features flexible seating arrangements, making it suitable for corporate events, presentations, and conferences. The space can accommodate up to 300 people.
SUSTAINABLE ENERGY SUPPLY
The office spaces are air-conditioned via VRV multi-split systems and can be heated CO₂-free using heat pumps powered by 100% green electricity. A photovoltaic system is planned and can be used exclusively within the framework of a tenant electricity model.
MODERN OFFICE FEATURES
The office spaces are air-conditioned and feature, among other things, raised floors, suspended ceilings, and LED workstation lighting. Ceiling heights of approximately 3.0 meters create a bright and spacious working atmosphere.
CERTIFICATION
WESTEND is currently undergoing certification according to DGNB criteria with the goal of achieving Gold standard certification.
