The WEISERT GROUP is a well-established family-owned company from Nuremberg with an outstanding regional network. The company was founded in 1969 by Franz Weisert as an architectural practice. Until around 2005, the firm planned major construction projects not only throughout the Nuremberg metropolitan region, but across Germany. These included large office buildings as well as car dealerships, supermarkets, and residential developments. The projects were commissioned by renowned clients such as Siemens AG, for whom the present-day WESTEND was originally developed. In many cases, WEISERT also acquired properties directly and developed them according to the client’s specific requirements. Some of these buildings remained within the company’s own portfolio and were subsequently extensively refurbished and modernized.

In many cases, WEISERT also acted as investor and property acquirer, developing projects entirely according to the client’s requirements. Some of these buildings remained within the company’s own portfolio and were subsequently extensively refurbished and modernized.

Between 1986 and 1988, the property was developed for SIEMENS AG as a mixed-use commercial building that included training facilities, production areas, laboratories, and storage space. As a result, the property offers an excellent foundation for future tenants and continues to allow uses beyond traditional office environments, such as light production or research and development.
